ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description:

S3 International, a leading provider of commercial and military aircraft spare parts and repair services is looking for a sales account manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and business plans for the Aftermarket business to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.

  • Create and provide necessary marketing material to sell and market services and capabilities. 

  • Participate in tradeshows as needed to represent and promote the company.

  • Meet company business/sales goals for assigned territories.

  • Conducts customer visits on an as-needed basis, requiring international travel.

  • Prepare and manage daily customer quotations and orders.

  • Coordinate customer quotation and order processes with internal departments, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving.

  • Ensure on-time Order delivery.

  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s product demands and trends.

  • Use critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities to coordinate resolution of customer issues regarding product, pricing, lead-times, or quality.

  • Prepare and maintain special reports for customers as required.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of the aerospace business and the customer base.

  • Ability to develop customer loyalty and business growth for the Aftermarket business.

  • Cultivating relationships, identify opportunities, and account management skills critical.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace industry in sales.

  • Understanding of the global aerospace market and the aerospace aftermarket trends, issues, events and requirements.

  • Ability to write reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations related to the Aerospace industry.

  • Foreign language skills preferred.

  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter Alternate part numbers

  • Source parts based on past procurement and external sources such as Haystack, and ILS

REPAIR SHOP MANAGER

Job Description:

S3 Repair Services is an FAA and EASA approved repair station providing component repair and overhaul services on commercial and military aircraft. We are currently seeking an experienced repair shop manager. Candidates will have the following responsibilities:

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source repair requests

  • Enter repair and overhaul RFQs

  • Create repair and overhaul purchase orders

  • Repair and overhaul purchase order follow-up/expediting

  • Manage vendor teardowns, certs, work orders, etc.

  • Write teardown reports for customer approval

  • Perform incoming inspections on customer furnished cores/material

  • Evaluate repair stations

  • Send vendor quality surveys

  • Manage the daily workload using available resources

  • Manage the responsibilities of Repair personnel

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and / or 5-7 years of related experience

  • Positive attitude and attention to detail

  • Proficient at reading aircraft drawings and technical data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows programs

TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

S3 Repair Services is an FAA and EASA approved repair station providing component repair and overhaul services on commercial and military aircraft.  As we continue to grow we are in need of technicians to support component repair services.  Candidates will have the following responsibilities:

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repair of aircraft mechanical, fuel, and hydraulic components and accessories such as starters, generators, fuel pumps, hydraulic pumps, actuators, wheels, and brakes according to OEM manual specifications.

  • Test and inspect parts, subassemblies or completed assemblies.

  • Document maintenance procedures to include component damage and condition.

  • Work from assembly prints, test procedures, component maintenance manuals, engineering change orders, or other controlled documents with minimal direction from supervision.

  • Provide detailed documentation of failure verification, failure cause, parts required and labor estimate to repair in support of quotations to customers.

  • Properly complete work order sign-offs, and other paperwork.

  • Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications.

  • Comply with safety rules and procedures.

  • Comply With DOT-FAA Drug and Alcohol Program.

 

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Power plant license is preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to read and write English and be able to comprehend and apply information contained in technical manuals.

  • Must possess a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.

  • Prior experience in working in a Part 145 FAA repair station or backshop component level repairs is preferred.

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and success-oriented.

  • Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
